Wart Update

The wart turned black and eventually fell off. And it only took two months. It happened to come off during the first hour of church. Sam tapped me and then put it in my hand. I threw up in my mouth and then wrapped the wart in a tissue and stuffed it in my purse. I didn't want any one's baby to drop a cheerio, bend over , see the wart and eat it instead. For the picture, you are welcome. Sam is back on the monkey bars.

So it worked? The wart is gone? Good. How nice of Sam to hand it to your for safe keeping like that. I have a totally gross story about a toddler chewing on something gross - want to hear it?

OK - you're going to be able to tell where this is going but anyway - here's the story - be prepared to gag again

A toddler, daughter of a friend of mine, had some sort of accident that squished or cut the side tip of her pinkie. They took her to the doctor - the doctor decided they could probably save the finger tip stitching her up. All was well. Then one day, while driving around town, the mom (my friend) noticed her daughter had the band aid in her mouth. What else was there was the finger tip! So - there you go - someone eating appendages. That must be where Evan gets it. (This fingertip - it was a tiny, tiny little thing but still...) gross out!

I just had Evan read this - he remembers the story that her finger tip had turned black. I do not believe that - I think he must be thinking of another story. He was far too young when we heard this story. So when I reminded him it was just a tiny "piece" (ughghghg) Evan goes "That's not gross. I eat my skin all the time...it's delicious."

Ewwww! Gross! I'm glad you were responsible wart pickers. And eating human flesh...eeeeeewwwwww! But oh so funny coming from Evan.

So glad that he's back in the Monkey Bar Business. Who knows that talent may help him to support his mother in a rather lavish lifestyle!
