They took her to the doctor - the doctor decided they could probably save the finger tip stitching her up. All was well. Then one day, while driving around town, the mom (my friend) noticed her daughter had the band aid in her mouth. What else was there was the finger tip! So - there you go - someone eating appendages. That must be where Evan gets it. (This fingertip - it was a tiny, tiny little thing but still...) gross out!

I just had Evan read this - he remembers the story that her finger tip had turned black. I do not believe that - I think he must be thinking of another story. He was far too young when we heard this story. So when I reminded him it was just a tiny "piece" (ughghghg) Evan goes "That's not gross. I eat my skin all the time...it's delicious."Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10244966518827093213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7209313865098686711.post-91797637619363189992010-03-22T10:29:16.080-07:002010-03-22T10:29:16.080-07:00I totally want to hear it!!!I totally want to hear it!!!Julie J.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06665414566612299852noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7209313865098686711.post-65572451161472829572010-03-22T10:26:03.711-07:002010-03-22T10:26:03.711-07:00So it worked?
