Curtain Bag - Me through 6th grade

Oh, what a little darlin' I was.

Oh, and look at that beautiful long hair down to my hiney.

I do recall nap time in Kindergarten so that must be why my hair looks like I just woke up.

1st grade... My friend and her mom spent the whole afternoon the day before putting my hair in perm curlers. I was supposed to sleep in them but I think they lasted until 9pm and then I took them all out. Still, pretty curly.

I'm pretty sure I was still cute in 2nd grade but I can't find one for 2nd. Or, I may be mistaken for the others.

Yikes! I guess I thought I was moving to Florida with that shirt on. And who knew that the wings would come back in 2007,8, and 9... Only on boys. And I guess who ever cut my bangs was following my eye brows as a guide for the scissors. That may or may not have been me doing the cutting.

Ah, 4th grade, my best year. There are the Mary Lou Retton sweats. My friend Stacy had a matching set. And my hair was hacked off as it was for my sister's too. I remember going on vacation to Oregon with this cut. While at McDonald's the dude asked my dad, "What for the little fellows?" My dad got mad and said, "They're GIRLS."

Yes, I cut this picture out with pinking shears... It seemed like a good idea at the time. Don't tell my mom though, those shears were only for cutting fabric, NOT paper!

HOLY HAIR! I'm pretty sure we didn't have nap time in 5th grade despite what my hair is saying in this picture. But I loved that shirt. My aunt Jan bought it for me when we got to go to her house after they came to ours for Christmas. Good times for us... Probably not for Aunt Jan.

6th grade, when I was going for the Cocker Spaniel look, and pulling off, if I do say so myself.
I can't help but notice that in the pictures from 3rd through 6th there is a large freckle on the left (your right) side of my nose. I just looked in the mirror. No freckle, but there is something there. Mild discoloration, maybe... I thinking that if I ever get skin cancer that will be the spot.

Awesome! I think 1st and 2nd you look like Sam with a Tater-Tot wig on!

I love these pics. The one with the wing-ed hair reminds me of that half pipe Olympian guy. :)

Your hair was super pretty when it was long. Mine gets super stringy and I STILL wish I could grow it out and have it look all gorgeous like that.

I don't even want to go through my 'curtain bag' and find pics of me from Kind-6th! My 4th grade one for sure was probably the worst.
