Lola is 2 Months old!

Lola is a happy girl. She loves being held and talked to. One day she was fussy all day until Sam got home from school and then she was happy... Until he went outside to play and then she fussed again until he came back in. I think she missed him. She loves it when he reads to her or gets out her toys and shows them to her. He likes to put a blanket over her face and say, "Where's the baby?" then pulls it off and says, "Peek a boo!" She doesn't always like this.

She likes her bath, and getting her diaper changed, but she does NOT like to get dressed. She always gets mad at us when the shirt goes over her head and while we pull her arms through.

Lola is still a good eater and getting fatter every day. We like squishy babies. She's had the bottle twice and did a good job. I have taught her to calm down when she is crying for food by saying "Hi Honies." right before every feeding. Sometimes when she cries for food now it sounds like she is saying, "Hi" in a really sad voice. Coincidence? I think not.

She has slept through the night 3 times and does a good 6 hour stretch just about every night. I feel like she'll be sleeping through the night regularly really soon.

We love her voice and all three of us get excited when she coos.

She is precious. I wish I held her more last night! I think I just need to come over sometime when there isn't so much competition :) She is too cute.

Time flies! She is beautiful. Owen hates getting dressed, too. Something about that shirt going over his face . . .
