Dinner for the neighbors.

This weekend Matt and I were going to take dinner to our neighbors who recently had a baby. On Saturday morning we discussed what we should take them and this was Matt's hilarious idea:

"Let's get them some McDonald's but peel the Monopoly stamps off before we deliver the food."

Am I tho only one who finds this hilarious in a few different ways?

hilarious because it's not a bad idea.

i don't believe in bringing in meals... i think it's an old tradition that stems back to the days when a meal took a woman an entire day in the kitchen to prepare.... my hubby is perfectly capable of ordering a pizza or whipping up some mac n cheese. i'm not saying that there haven't been times where i actually NEEDED some help.... but whatever, i'm always happy to bring meals to people, but like i said, not really necessary...

cant wait to see pics of that little girl!!! soooo freaking excited for you!

Hilarious! You really should post spit warnings on your blog entries. I'm wiping off my computer screen as I type.

Julieee! So funny... I love those peel-off contests. However, I have yet to win a tall refreshing lemonade, free flies, McChicken, a car, or my dream home. Maybe I'll get a prize for being McDonald's first customer in AF. I'm going to be the first one at the door.
