Don't we look great?!!! I haven't been pleased with myself in a picture since...EVER! And I like these pictures. We look like models!!! And I can't believe we have about five that turned out. What a miracle.
They look nice, right? Cute, happy, maybe even a little trendy. AND COLD!!! Following are some of the ones that didn't work out.
As you can see the snow was falling sideways due to the wind. It was blowing the flakes right into our eyes!
In this one, you can see,there are some treacherous icicles over head, just yearning to fall on us.
IT WAS SO COLD!!!
Our photographer was a real sport. I wouldn't have wanted to work in that weather.
And he caught this awesome shot of Becky! We don't know what she's doing... Maybe trying not to blow away. She and I laughed sooooo hard the first time we saw it!
And we got a few shots of the whole family. I love this picture. I think it turned out great. What you can't see is a four foot tall pile of coats to the the left. Everyone one took there's off, threw them on the pile and quickly posed. We had been there the longest and felt like our coats were nice enough to be in the picture. It was a fun memory to catch on camera...even though that was the whole purpose.

I love these pics, and I really love the first one that "didn't work out." I love that you guys have genuine smiles on your faces despite the cold weather and snow blowing in your faces.
I can't believe you posted that crazy picture of me. I still can't stop laughing at it though. What was I doing?!?!?
Way to go ahead with a photo shoot even when it's snowing. That's dedication. The snow makes the pictures more interesting though and you look great.
I love your pictures. Family pictures that you LIKE? Does that happen? I like that orange background for the big group picture. Looks like fun.
